Location could not have been better, lots of carparks nearby and also a metro station. Arc d'Triomphe is in walking distance. The hotel is cosy and on a busy avenue. We had a room on the 5th floor at the street side (it was not noisy), the room got a small balcony to step outside on to appreciate the view. No other rooms had a balcony from what we could see, so in terms of that our room (nr. 53) was the best. For Paris standards the room was roomy, but just not to big or to small. Lovely decoration in a retrofuturistic style, cosy and the bathroom was huge. The shower is relaxing and hot in a few seconds.

The staff is lovely. My room for the first two nights was very small and the wifi won't connect (I won't recommend the corner rooms), but then they upgraded my room. Everyone at the hotel was very warm and sweet, special mention for Antonio and Kevin. They'll help you with the luggage, and with any other advice you need about whereabouts.

The rooms were very nice, as well as breakfast! And the customer experience was excellent… As I booked a room with twin beds on the Booking website and unfortunately this specific info did not get to the hotel. However the staff managed it very well. Thank you!

As soon as I stepped into the Hotel, I felt happier and when I reached their lounge area, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. The place was bright, airy, modern and cute. It was perfect. Places in Paris are small, but this was laid out perfectly. Hats off to the architects and interior designers. I felt at peace here. The room was modern, the bed was comfy, the shower was roomy and the general aesthetics were delightful. The sunlight that trickled into my room in the morning was heavenly. The staff greeted me with kindness and I wish I’d bought them flowers to say thank you for the loveliest stay.

Everything is complete. In addition to no toothbrush and toothpaste, there are other Kettle, hair dryer, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and bath products. The room is a bit small and the bed is not big, but it is very comfortable and the environment is also very quiet. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The most crucial thing is the service attitude of the staff, which is really great! Extremely enthusiastic, considerate, and friendly！

The staff at this hotel are exceptional! I visited in February and I got food poisoning from a restaurant I went to and the manager and room attendants/cleaning staff were beyond exceptional, caring and kind. Thank you, you guys were amazing. The rooms are attended to, the hotel has been decorated really nicely and everyone who works there is so welcoming and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Location was excellent for safety and not too far from the metro. Our triple room was comfortable, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Antonio on reception was so helpful and friendly!

The room was beautiful with coffee, tea, and water to welcome us as well as water and homemade bread in the reception area. Their staff was very friendly and attentive. I had ordered a surprise breakfast in bed for one of the mornings and have a dietary restricted and they went above and beyond. We would love to visit Paris again and would stay here in a heartbeat.
