Doisy Etoile - Orso Hotels

We had the most perfect stay. The location was so convenient for us and in close proximity to the start of the Paris Marathon which is why we had booked it. Having had such a wonderful stay, this will now be our go to hotel in Paris. The room was perfect size, with all the amenities needed (the hand soap was beautiful, the bed comfy, and having tea and coffee in the room was an added bonus) however the staff really made our stay so special. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and kind, offering dinner recommendations and bringing up an iron when we needed and storing our bags for us after checkout while we had a few extra hours to explore. Breakfast was delicious with a little bit of everything to enjoy. Thank you so much! There was a grocery store and pharmacy over the road, and plenty of casual and more upscale restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is also close to multiple metro stops depending on travel needs.

the room matched the photos. the interior looked good and all the furniture was quite new. my request for a kettle in the room was fulfilled in advance so the kettle was already waiting in the room. the administrator who met me was very friendly. at breakfast the worker was very caring and attentive. the hotel is near the metro, there are many shops and restaurants around to have a delicious dinner, the triumphal arch is within walking distance

We loved this hotel. We had a comfortable room that was immaculately clean. We stayed on 3 of the hottest days of the year and there were some issues with the air conditioning. The staff changed our room and made sure that the issue was resolved. Breakfast was lovely and had a good choice. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Very well placed for metro so easy to get to places to see in paris

The staff is lovely. My room for the first two nights was very small and the wifi won't connect (I won't recommend the corner rooms), but then they upgraded my room. Everyone at the hotel was very warm and sweet, special mention for Antonio and Kevin. They'll help you with the luggage, and with any other advice you need about whereabouts.
